•Email address — retrieved during sign-in and used to identify your account, sync access across devices, and manage subscription status

• State type — indicates whether your account is Free or Pro

• Subscription type — identifies your active plan or entitlement

• Account creation date — records when your account was first created

• Video URL — temporarily processed to perform download or video enhancement operations

• Download job ID — internal identifier used for diagnostics and reliability

• Download date & time — used for usage tracking and system integrity

• Used count — tracks successful daily downloads to enforce Free plan limits

Sorafy does not collect browsing history, website activity, messages, passwords, or any unrelated personal data.

How We Use the Information

Collected information is used solely to operate Samify's functionality:

• Verify account status and Pro access

• Sync subscription entitlements across devices

• Enforce usage limits for Free plans

• Process download and video enhancement requests

• Maintain system stability and diagnose errors

Sorafy never sells, rents, or trades your personal information.

What We Do Not Collect

For clarity, Samify does not collect or store:

• Browsing history

• Social media credentials

• Personal messages or content

• Keystrokes or form inputs

Chrome Permissions

Samify uses Chrome extension permissions only where required for functionality, such as:

• Storage — to locally store authentication state and preferences

These permissions do not grant Samify access to your browsing history or private account data outside of what is required for the extension to function.

Third-Party Services

Samify relies on a small number of trusted providers:

• Creem — payment and subscription management

• Cloudflare Workers & Cloudflare D1 — secure license validation, usage limits, and backend operations

• Framer — website hosting

These services receive only the minimum information necessary to perform their roles.

Data Storage & Security

Samify data is stored securely using Cloudflare infrastructure.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are applied to protect against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to:

• Maintain account functionality

• Meet legal obligations

Users may request deletion of their data at any time.
