These terms govern your use of the Samify Chrome extension and any associated websites or services.
Description of Service
Samify is a video processing tool that allows users to enhance and process videos using user-provided URLs.
Samify does not permanently store videos. All processing occurs on the fly and is limited to what is necessary to deliver requested functionality.
Samify is provided as-is and may evolve over time.
Accounts & Access
A Samify account is required to use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
Pro access is granted through active subscriptions. Features and limits may vary depending on your plan.
Subscriptions & Billing
Pro features are provided through recurring subscriptions.
• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time
• Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
If Samify experiences service interruptions or platform-related issues, we will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where necessary.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Samify responsibly and legally.
You must only process content that you have created or have the explicit right to use.
By using Samify, you represent and warrant that:
• You own the content or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions
• Your content does not violate third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
• Your use of Samify complies with applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
You retain all rights to your content. Samify does not claim ownership of user content.
Service Limitations
Samify depends on third-party platforms and technologies that we do not control.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with all websites or services.
Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable due to external factors.
